These Terms and Conditions apply to all merchandise purchases made through the Knysna Yacht Club website.

Pricing and Currency: All prices displayed and all transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR)

Orders and Payment: Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised. Payment card transactions are processed via our secure payment service provider. Knysna Yacht Club does not store full card details.

Collection Policy: All merchandise purchases are for collection only. Items must be collected from Knysna Yacht Club during published operational hours. No delivery services are offered.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges: All merchandise sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or size exchanges permitted. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the size guides provided on the webstore prior to purchase.

Privacy: Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Export Restrictions: Merchandise is not shipped or exported. Collection is available within South Africa only.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knysna Yacht Club shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of merchandise.

Collection Policy:

Collection Only: Knysna Yacht Club does not offer delivery or courier services. All merchandise purchased online must be collected in person from Knysna Yacht Club.

Collection Timeframes: Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Orders must be collected within a reasonable time (14-days) after notification.

Identification: Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required at collection.

Uncollected Orders: Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe (14-days) may be cancelled at the Club’s discretion.

All merchandise purchases from Knysna Yacht Club are final.

No Returns or Size Exchanges: We do not offer returns, refunds, or size exchanges. Customers must ensure they purchase the correct size using the size guide provided on the website before completing their purchase.

Defective Items: In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is identified at the point of collection, the issue must be reported immediately to Knysna Yacht Club staff for assessment.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
